I Steal Anime Eyebrowsby ~AntoineBruce

I've joked about doing this before, but I've never actually made a comic of it. Until now.

Don't get me wrong: I like manga and anime. And I love the manga and anime art style. But superimposing the eyebrows over the hair just bugs the crap out of me.

I get that eyebrows are a very expressive part of the face. And I get that the anime style often means bangs and/or shaggy hair. But, but... eyebrows do not work that way!

Therefore, if eyebrows are going to be perched on top of a character's hair, I am going to steal them. Shouldn't be that difficult.

I know what you mean. I wish I could do what the cat-lady did in tracyjb's expression tutorial [link] and slap the eyebrows off of certain characters.
